Introducing DumbFiles.com. It is not your ordinary, everyday, free file hosting service out there. It is extremely easy to use and the maximum upload size is 500mb – although this will soon be 1GB! They are in  public beta (isn't everyone?) but they are fully functional. I will be giving out 10 invite codes…when you get your account, you can also get 10 invite codes.
