DIY all-in-one computer case

ion_v2000_200There are certainly various all-in-one computer systems out there (e.g. iMacs, XPS One), but no options for those who prefer to take the do-it-yourself route…until now. Introducing the Ion V2000, a computer case with a built-in 19” screen, a 350 W power supply, a media reader and a side-loading optical drive slot, that’s it. Stuff in any processor, motherboard (ATX presumably) and RAM and you’ve got your own all-in-one solution, for those tight spaces.

There isn’t anymore information out there (such as price or availability), and the product page just takes you to Ion’s product page (with no mention of this case), but does seem like a promising and innovative idea, at least for those of us who are into building our own systems and wish to be stylish and nerdy at the same time.
